Specialist service to elevate Howdens, Wren, and Wickes kitchens with unique, tailored design choices.
Your expensive new kitchen deserves more than a standard finish. For a fixed fee, my kitchen elevation package turns your big-box purchase into a designer-looking kitchen. I create a personalised design scheme for you that includes a unique combination of materials, colours and finishing touches.
Most kitchen suppliers stop at the cabinets and lack flair to make your new kitchen truly special – that’s where I come in. I will elevate your kitchen design advising on cupboard colours, worktop and splashback materials, wall colour, floor finish, lighting, hardware and accessories. These thoughtful choices will ensure you have a kitchen worthy of a magazine spread.

Working independently of any showroom means I can source worktops, tiles, knobs & handles and lighting from multiple sources. This enables me to tailor your kitchen elevation package so that it’s just right for you and your home. I will take the time to listen carefully to your wish list (and what you don’t like) to ensure I prepare a design scheme that you will love.
If you want an elevated design without the full-service price tag, this is where beautiful kitchens begin.
Kitchen Elevation Package – What’s Included?
Transform your standard Howdens, Wren or Wickes kitchen purchase into a high-end, bespoke-feeling space, guaranteed to reflect your personal style with this fixed price package.
I. Comprehensive Consultation & Discovery Meeting
- In-Depth Style Assessment: A 1.5-2 hour online or in-person consultation (depending on location) to understand your personal style, home aesthetics, functional needs, and your dream kitchen wish list.
- Existing Plan Review: Detailed analysis of your current retailer-supplied kitchen plans and renders, identifying areas where aesthetic improvement and designer touches could be added.
II. Design Presentation Meeting
A 1-hour meeting online or in-person to present your bespoke kitchen design scheme. The presentation will include recommendations of each element below, plus visualisations of your new kitchen.
- Cabinet Colour & Wall Colour Specifications:
- Specific paint references (Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, etc.) or retailer cabinet colour choices to create a cohesive colour scheme.
- Recommendations about how to co-ordinate upper and lower cabinets, islands and wall colours (with feature accents if relevant) to perfectly create the ambience that you want to achieve in the room.
- Worktop, Splashback & Tiling Cohesion:
- Expert pairing of worktop materials with the perfect splashback/tiling option. I look beyond the big box retailers to find less common worktop options and tile choices that will suit your design style.
- Tile layout, grout colour and finishing touches such as display shelves at the top of splashbacks will be included.
- Hardware Sourcing & Selection:
- Curated selections of high-quality knobs, handles, and pulls for you to choose from in a range of finishes to suit the design scheme.
- Proposal of co-ordinating taps with the functionality you desire (e.g., spray hose, boiling water).
- Flooring Guidance:
- Recommendations for flooring type (e.g., LVT, wood or porcelain tile) and options of colour tones and finishes that provide a seamless, designer-look foundation for the entire kitchen design.
- Lighting Specification:
- Specification of lighting fixtures for appropriate points in the kitchen (e.g., island pendants, wall lights, spotlights and LED under-cabinet lights).
- Soft Furnishing Additions:
- If required I can include curated fabric selections for Roman blinds, bar stool, chair or banquette upholstery.
At the second meeting we will discuss the design scheme thoroughly together and you can touch and feel the samples provided to make your selections. If you would like to make amends to the scheme, I will action these after the meeting, and resubmit the scheme for your approval.
Once you are happy with the design scheme you will receive a comprehensive Design Specification Summary that acts as your guide for purchasing and installation.
III. Installation Support Tools
- Personalised Digital Mood Board: A beautiful, easy-to-digest visual mood board showing all chosen finishes, colours, and hardware together, giving you confidence in the final look.
- Direct Sourcing List: A clickable list of suppliers for all recommended third-party items (handles, tiles, paint) to streamline your purchasing process and ensure you get the exact items specified.
- Installer Briefing Notes: Key aesthetic instructions for your fitter (e.g., handle placement, tile layout pattern, grout colour specification) to ensure the design vision is executed to plan.
